Jacob joined Blackburn Law in July 2021 after beginning his legal career in Ottawa, Ontario in 2018. He operates a general practice of law and works primarily in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, litigation and dispute resolution.

Jacob grew up in the Bedford/Hammonds Plains area and is excited to offer legal representation in his home community. He provides his clients support to address their legal needs with a down-to-earth approach to the practice of law. He was especially excited to join the team at Blackburn Law, whose office is located in the same mall where he had his first job when he was 16 years old.

Aside from being fortunate enough to help people with their legal needs, his favourite part about Blackburn Law is working with a like-minded, client-focused group of lawyers and staff who provide a collegial atmosphere every day.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys exploring the great outdoors while fishing and hiking, listening to music, watching a good film and spending time with his wife Kimberly and their two cats, Silvio and Layla.
