After over 21 years with Blackburn Law, Joseph “Joe” Cooper is retiring. With close to 50 years at the Nova Scotia Bar, Joe represented a wide variety of clients over the years, ranging from civil litigation and real estate transactions to family law matters. Joe’s personable manner made him a pleasure to work with and his keen legal mind made him a strong advocate for his clients. The Blackburn Law team will miss seeing him but wish him well on a well-deserved retirement.
