We carefully review and analyze our clients’ personal circumstances to determine how best to assist them in achieving their estate planning objectives. We help our clients plan for incapacity through powers of attorney and through advanced medical directives (including living wills) to provide guidance for family members in difficult times.

We have extensive experience in assisting executors and trustees in the probating and administration of estates, as well as acting for executors, trustees, beneficiaries and dependants who require representation in disputes that may arise over the course of an estate’s administration.

Whether a claim has arisen from a motor vehicle accident, medical malpractice, a slip and fall, property damage or otherwise, our objective is to bring about a fair resolution to the dispute in a timely manner. Our lawyers have experience in representing individuals in disputes with insurance companies including personal injury claims and property damage. We work promptly in commencing negotiations with the insurer, and where negotiations fail, our team of experienced litigators are ready, willing and able to pursue our clients’ claims through the courts.
